I'm sure this has been done before, but I'm on keto and really want tacos. So, I took a chaffle and made it like a tortilla! Added some almond flour (1tbs) to 3 eggs and 1 cup of shredded pepper cheese. Fried it in a 10 inch cast iron on medium. The secret to the right texture is flip it over three times! Made with quac, salsa, cheddar cheese and venison breakfast sausage. Made two shells.
