Salad included sweet potato, black beans, kale, corn, tomato, cotija, and cilantro cider vinaigrette. The GC meals are ENORMOUS. We had a third serving (leftovers!) of this meal, as well as the prior GC meal. And a lot of the GC meals require less prep (for example, the sweet potato in this dish came in a bag, pre-diced). Next week, back to Hello Fresh. Alternating weeks just for variety. 🙂
