Hey guys good afternoon welcome to another video cooking with Brenda Lee it’s a beautiful day here in Vegas I hope everybody’s having a good day so today guys going to do something simple my garlic parmesan wings so anyway this is going to be quick and we’re just
Going to get to it you’re going to need two lounds of wings I got the party wings um these have been washed uh drained and I dried them off with a paper towel you don’t want them wet you want them dry so here we go guys
This is what you’re going to need 2 lbs of wings four cloves of garlic and I just crushed them you don’t have to uh chop it real fine and I’ll show you why later 2 tablespoons of olive oil but guys I have the olive oil so I’m using
Vegetable oil two um t or two teaspoons of oil one tpoon of lemon juice three uh four I’m sorry guys four tablespoons of corn starch that’s going to bring it together make them a little crispy because I am baking these some chopped parsley uh half a teaspoon of
Salt4 of a teaspoon of black pepper and you can also put pepper flakes in here around a half a teaspoon or so and guys that’s it if you want to use um garlic powder instead of the chopped garlic you can but um it’s not necessary cuz we’re
Just going to mix this all together so first of all I’m going to put in my uh oil and guys it does call for olive oil but I don’t have any olive oil so I’m going to try them with the regular oil and my lemon juice and my
Garlic and guys when this comes together I know they’re chunky but I just want that garlic to soak into the meat and then my salt and my pepper you can also um season these like I said with if you want to use the garlic powder instead of the uh
Garlic you can do that oh and my cheese I got the main ingredient my cheese I’m sorry anyway we’re going to use a half a cup this is 1 and 1/2 cups so I’m just going to do a half a cup of the uh parmesan and I can just about buy that
I’m pretty good at that and that should be fine right there guys and then we’re going to have some more of that for later to put on top so we’re just going to mix this all together get everything nice and coated guys I might sprinkle a little
Bit of my um chicken Buy on it powder in here if you want to um if you want to use a poultry seasoning or some kind of chicken seasoning you can also do that and then I’ve got some other Wings marinating uh cuz probably doesn’t much like the garlic parmesan wings but we’re
Going to fry those and these are going to go in the oven 400° see these clothes of garlics guys when I put put these on the um rack I’ve got my rack here lined with foil and I’m going to bake these high that way they’ll bake all the way through so
We’re going to get these on the rack ovens at 400 we’re going to put them um skin side down starting for 20 minutes and then we’re going to take them out we’re going to turn them and put them back in for 25 more minutes and when that’s done we got one more little
Step to do and it’ll be a wrap so so um guys you can put these straight on the pan if you want on your baking rack but I’m going to let these marinate probably for about 30 minutes while I get some other things done and then I’m will come
Back so as soon as I get these racked I’ll be back and show you and they’ll be ready to go in the oven all right guys so as you can see I got everything mixed together and guys if you want the ingredients I gave you you can mix that all together first and
Make you like a paste I just kind of dumped it all in there now I’m going to add my um corn starch I’m probably not going to do all of it um guys this is what’s going to make them crispy in the oven and we’ll see where that’s at you just want to
Make sure that you get them all coated and like I said I’m going to bake this for um 20 minutes on my rack I know they smell good I just want to make sure I get enough on here here hope everybody’s having a good day thinking about taking a walk here in a

Going to bake these for 20 oops 20 minutes I have to piece this together like a puzzle and then after they baked for 20 minutes I’m going to take them out and I’m going to turn them over I’m trying to make this work y’all I think we might just make it
Happen hope that one stays on there like that all right so these are going in the oven like I said for 20 minutes so as soon as they come out I’ll be back with you all and we’re going to flip them over I’m going to stick that little
Piece right there I don’t want to leave him out so there you go guys and I’ll be back as soon as these are done in 20 minutes stay tuned with me y’all all right guys so I took these out after 20 minutes and I’m going to put
Them back in for about 10 minutes but guys this is something I like to do you don’t have to do this but on my other garlic parmesan wings I mix up some garlic salt and a little bit of butter I just like the garlic on them and like I
Said you don’t have to do this but I am and I’m going to put these back in I’m not going to turn them yet probably for about another 5 10 minutes if you have a convection oven these things will almost thly fry but I’ve just got a regular
Conventional oven so it’s going to take a little bit minute longer but anyway I just want that butter and garlic on there and then when they come out I’ll do the other side so I’m going to put these back in like I said probably for about 10 more minutes and then I’m going
To turn turn them so there you go that’s where we’re at so far so stay with me guys I’ll be back okay sorry guys not in the moment all right guys so my wings are done but I want to share something with you all when I started this video I had the foil
Here and my rack and they weren’t cooking the way I wanted to if you have a convection oven which I don’t that would probably work well but they weren’t baking the way I wanted to so I went back to my old recipes where I just
Put them in the pan with a little bit of chicken broth water which I made with my uh chicken Buon powder and they came out fine overall I cooked these a little over about an hour and 15 minutes and I did turn them over but as you can see
They came out fine and they smell good so oh I got to finish them off here for y’all I got some more parmesan cheese I’m just going to sprinkle a little bit on here not a lot guys but they do smell good I had a little taste tested one
They’re really good just a little bit of parsley if you want to use some parsley and my leftover parsley I’ll just um put it in a Ziploc bag and put it in my fridge it’ll keep and then I’m going to move these over here to my
Plate but guys they do smell good they came out fine I was worried about them but I never try to worry too much and these are really good with blue cheese dressing you can make your own my favorite blue cheese dressing is kins but I’ve got some ranch that I’m
Going to eat with mine and bobb’s going to do his regular Wings Over Here We season them up but the uh garlic chicken parmesan these are going to be mine I’m sure he’ll try one y’all he says no he probably will but anyhow These are nice just for a quick
Fix guys so once again I hope you try these they’re really good especially at football season but I wanted to make some cuz I had had wings for a while but I like my wings barbecue buffalo you name it I’m going to try in this ooey gooey sauce right here I might
