If you want to venture away from your familiar
RECIPE for 342 calories including the dip:
– 28 g cinnamon pop corners chips
– 85 g/half a large apple, finely chopped
– 125 g/1 C. blueberries
– 50 g/half a banana
– drizzle of honey
Cheesecake dip:
– 5 g sugar free cheesecake mix
– 90 g vanilla carb smart yogurt
– Splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk to achieve thinned consistency. (If you don’t have access to cheesecake jello mix, I suggest a white chocolate raspberry yogurt with a bit of vanilla protein powder, or sugar free cool whip or whipped cream.)
Pile it all on a plate and enjoy! I would have been happy with a lot more yogurt but I ran out of cheesecake mix and wanted that flavor to dominate.
