Here's my two meals that add up to 1165 calories. I also ate an apple for a snack which was 250 grams so 135 calories went there.
For brunch I wanted Shakshuka and leftovers of the canned beans and sausage I had yesterday. To make it low cal I added no cheese to shakshuka. With that I ate 60 grams of baguette de la campagne (living in France has its responsibilities). This all came down to 630 calories.
Around 6pm I ate an apple.
For dinner I ate this Korean pork stew with some boiled+pan seared patatoes. I have been craving fries recently and this tasted pretty close without all that oil! I have no oven in my house so I had to get creative. This dinner was 600 calories!
Another day for me in a deficit! I lost around 11.5 lbs (5kgs) in the last two weeks, working out 4 days a week, walking 7000 steps a day for at least 5 days a week, intermittent fasting (only eat between 12pm to 8pm) and eating around 1200-1500 calories per day! My beginning weight was 202 lbs (92kgs). I am in my 20s and I I'm 5'7 (175cm). This routine allowed me to lose 4lbs (1.8kgs) per week! I am not even hungry during the day. I am only hungry before my meals. I also drink 0.8 gallon (3litres) of water every day. I cut all the artificial sugar (thankfully I don't like sweets). I was never a snacker so for me just portion controlling and going to gym (I do 70%/30%cardio/weight exercises) was enough to start losing weight. My goal weight is 157lbs (70kgs), I am currently sitting at 192 lbs (87kgs) and would like to get to my goal before July. I think it's possible!
