The results of the dan dan hand pulled noodles struggle, 8/10

Knocking a point off for just how much of a pain in the ass this was. The noodles kept breaking, they were sticking to each other, I may have shed a tear… I definitely was humbled and spent two hours in the kitchen tonight. But dang it was tasty!! Despite how infuriating this was I'll probably do it again because I want to learn how to do it right.
If you get this I definitely recommend watching a YouTube vid on how to hand pull noodles, that's what saved me.
