I bought this at H-Mart but now I don’t know how to prepare it or what to serve it with. Do I just slice and fry it? And what do I serve on the side? Is it meant to be an ingredient in a larger dish? Thank you so much!

    Slice into rounds, do an egg dip, and fry until golden. Super yummy. You can also use in fried rice.

    Slice it like the picture on the package but a little thinner, coat it with flour and egg wash and then pan fry it. I consider it a banchan like spam so I usually just eat it with rice, kimchi and a jjigae
