This served a family of four. I combined a few recipes I found online based on what I had on hand. This was really adaptable to the low sodium diet I’m currently following.

1 TBS olive oil
1.5 pounds ground turkey
1/2 diced onion
2 garlic cloves crushed or diced
4 cups no salt chicken stock (or chicken stock plus water to make 4 cups)
1 can no salt diced tomato, undrained
2 cups brown rice
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
red pepper flakes
oregano
black pepper
1-2 Tbs grainy mustard
1 can no salt green beans
Brown ground turkey, onions, garlic in olive oil. Drain slightly. Add all other ingredients except green beans and simmer covered 30 minutes or until rice is softening. Stir occasionally to ensure nothing is sticking to the bottom. Add drained green beans and cook 10 minutes more or until rice is tender.
Can use a quicker cooking rice to make this dish faster.

Looks delicious, something I’d definitely try!
