I went to a restaurant called Pincho Nation in Oslo. It’s a circus themed restaurant serving small courses. Calling it tapas would be an insult to tapas. The food was good enough, and the small wooden plates were functional enough. But these skillet-like things were not balanced enough to be a skillet and definitely not a plate.
