You can see it there’s number one and number two all right nutritional yeast got to do something with the nutritional yeast and ice cap powder ice cap powder so let’s see what we can do that nutritional yeast and ice cap powder okay let’s make a meal well nutritional yeast is a
Thickening agent and it’s got a flavor that comes out like cheese if you use it properly but that’s for the ice cap I don’t know how I’m going to put that in the meal I can make more cookies but we’ve done that before with the ice caps maybe it’ll just be a
Drink we’ll see so in this recipe I’m going to use up of the ground beef from the last grocery haul and we’re going to make something delicious okay so we’re going to cook this up still a little Frozen in the middle that’s fine just takes a little bit longer to
Cook I have a couple recipes in mine with this meat but I think this is going to work out pretty well I’m not using pasta sauce or tomato sauce for this recipe which is good because I have something else in mind with that nutritional yeast
So so I shredded some cheese to go with this recipe I have this much left to cheese we bought so I’m going to have to pick some up with my next grocery haul I also chopped up a whole onion and I forgot to put the paper towel wet
Paper towel beside it so guess what happened it made me cry it made me cry a lot I had to go get a face cloth and wash my face because it was just tearing up like crazy I couldn’t see anything so I’m going to put the whole onion in

Another great video. For a nice thick milkshake I put mostly all ice cream with just a splash of liquid. That will give you the kinda milkshake that’s thick and delicious.
