The red is my go to for pretty much anything, but the green would go great on an omelette.

Get the black one for Spanish omelettes. It’s the entire family go to

All of them. Theyre all great on eggs. I started with green, then red, then xxxtra hot, and I just finished my bottle of the Caribbean. Not a single miss.
