If I free pour them, I definitely can eat 3+ servings at once.
Anyone have a suggestion for seasoned/flavored pretzels with a bit more volume? Especially honey mustard flavor? I realize the calories per gram will be similar, just looking for something smaller/thinner where I can have more pieces. I don’t want to add seasoning to plain pretzels because it never sticks well or tastes the same.

I don’t have any recommendations but it is depressing. These are SO good. It always feels like 1 serving isn’t near enough. The cinnamon ones are 🔥
Dots are one of the snacks I just won’t let myself buy for this exact reason, they’re too. Damn. Good. I eat the whole bag
I always see the commercial for these and they look soooo delicious.
Not sure, but I’m wondering if you can make your own. Maybe pretzels with nutritional yeast? Or pretzels baked with yellow mustard and some sort of cheese powder? Just trying to think of low calorie versions.
The Rold Gold cheddar-dusted ones are slightly better for volume – 110 cals for about 20 pretzels. But IMO the best savory snack for volume is Skinny Pop.
That’s just depressing 💔
I wish they would sell their seasoning blend to add to other stuff
You should find a different snack. Pretzels are very calorically dense bc they have a moisture content of anywhere 2-4%. The less water/moisture in a snack, the more calorically dense.
Oh man I LOVE dots I just can’t buy them because I’ll eat all of them lol. Honestly pretzels are just calorie dense. But if I’m gonna have a salty snack and I want pretzels then I weigh out my portion and cry.
Popcorn
I feel your pain. These are delicious. I recently started weighing them out and pre-portioning them into little snack baggies. So sad 🙁
Aldi sells a pretzel thin – they are around 110 calories for like 23 of them. A couple times a year they come out with “fun” flavors. We recently got a bag of bacon habanero ones that are pretty good.
This brand is 31 pretzel sticks for same calories! Also they have some cool flavors.

i’m cracking up bc i just discovered these a few weeks ago and i’m having a complete addiction to the honey mustard. i keep telling my husband i need pretzel rehab.
honestly to me they’re worth the calories. i eat them slowly and 1/2 pretzel at a time. i figure 1 serving/day won’t hurt me if i budget for it
