Turned my left over Sloppy Joes meat into a sweet Bolognese ragu! It was an amazing pizza sauce turn out!
Basted sourdough with garlic butter, flipped over so would toast underside nice. Topped with sauce, Tuscan cheese blend, provolone, and Colby Jack. Drizzled left over garlic butter on top, and baked at 400 for about 15 min. Put on high broil at end to toast tops, only for a minute.
These came out so good, and that sauce started from sloppy joes was genius! I will be doing this again for sure!
