This greek chicken salad wrap is the perfect healthy lunch treat. Another wrap variation, keeping you fuller for longer filled with goodness. If you’re after something light but substantial, this is the recipe for you!

►► INGREDIENTS
1 Handful of lettuce
0.5 tsp Dried oregano
0.25 cup(s) Olives
30 g Feta cheese
1 Medium tomato
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Chicken breast (sliced into strips)
►► COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180*C
Put the chicken onto a baking tray and drizzle with the olive oil and oregano, making sure everything is coated.
Put it into the oven for 10-12 minutes, until it is cooked through.
On your wrap, assemble the lettuce/mixed leaves, tomato, olives and feta.
Place your chicken on top and its time to roll.
Serve immediately!
