I’m gonna make this for Easter.

But I only have a bone in leg of lamb. Can anyone offer any advice of any changes that I should make. I’m guessing maybe the cook time needs longer?

    The best thing to do is to de-bone it. The recipe asks you to butterfly it. I am not sure how you would do that without de-boning.
