Hi today so today we’re going to make a simple um fish for lunch I have um about 300 G of cod and chopping up some green onion chop up my pan and guess you can use any type of fresh herbs for this but this is all I
Have at home and did you know that green onions if you don’t use the white Parts you can actually stick it in water and it will grow um green onion and reproduces by itself which is kind of cool so this is I’m just using the tips of the green
Onion I have think I already said this but I have about 300 G of fish um Cod and I’ve folded the tail underneath so that um it’s an even width all the way through so that my cook time will work for the whole uh fillet versus um sometimes if you if you
Lay the whole fillet out and there are areas where it’s thinner than the rest then that part is going to be overcooked so you want to try to even out the size of your FL so that um you can get even cooking throughout I have a couple of
Tablespoons of mayo I’m just going to add a little bit of minced garlic to that like you know a very small clove worth put in my chopped green onions some Parmesan cheese want about tablespoon and a half to two tbspoon worth of freshly grated Parmesan cheese if you’re using the already
Grated stuff I would probably cut that down by have just a little bit of salt and pepper and just mix that up and then just spread it on top of your fish I’ve lined My Pan um for easy cleanup and we’re going to put it in a preheated oven at 425 for
About 8 minutes for the piece that I have and um and then we’re going to put it under the broiler just around the top can’t wait I preheated my oven to 425 and we’re going to put the fish in for about 8 minutes and then I’m going to switch
It over to to the broiler just to Brown the top of the fish and it’ll be delicious right so it’s nicely browned the fish is flaking and and um I actually left it in there for about 8 to 10 minutes and uh under the boiler for
Maybe about a minute or two so not very long thanks for Watching

No kidding! Really simple but quite tasty! I was skeptical coz it is simple… but it turned out really good! Finally a tasty and easy fish dish. Much better than the umpteen garlic lemon butter baked cod recipes (or some variation) they have all over the internet….
Do make my fish this way but after the mayo mixture I top it with panko…
It would be awesome if in the future you could also provide the exact ingredient list in written format. Otherwise awesome and you are lovely!
I'm going to try this tonight, except using my Ninja Foodi on the bake and then broil functions instead of the oven. Looks delicious…I have a bunch of Cod I'm thawing. Can't wait. Thanks for the video and recipe.

😋 In preparation for Turkey Day this pescatarian had to go dig up your video in my YT history. I have made this several times and it is a real winner. So much so that this is the entree I make for myself. Thank you so much for sharing with me many years ago and still being a reliable and much loved recipe today! 😋
