Favorite filling breakfast/snack! 320 cal with 22g protein and 8g fiber

    I’m a big fan of trader joe’s fruit and cream yogurts that come in 6 packs, but they’re very sweet and not remotely filling so I’ve started combining them with some higher protein greek yogurt and adding fiber to turn them into a solid meal.

    170g greek yogurt

    Trader joe’s mango and cream yogurt

    1/2c raspberries

    1tbsp chia seeds

    I also like added 1/8 to 1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes into my Greek Yogurt with chia seeds and fruit. Adds some additional texture to it.
