What I had yesterday:
Breakfast – 180 – two egg bites and a tablespoon of maple syrup

Lunch – 400 – chicken wrap (very poorly wrapped 🤣) with a mission tortilla, laughing cow, shredded cheese, sautĂ©ed onion, chicken breast; BBQ sauce; green giant broccoli; an apple

⬆️ I had that for breakfast and lunch this whole week

Dinner – 514 – Greek meatballs (30ish calories each); Orzo and veggie salad with homemade Greek dressing; veggies and homemade tzatziki; hummus and pita chips

Snacks – Gu stroopwafel and an olipop I didn’t add there

Had a Girl Scout cookie in the evening! So I came out somewhere just under 1500 🤷🏼‍♀️
