I very much enjoyed these. This wasn’t the first time I’ve gotten them, and won’t be the last. Couple of notes:
Once again, 2 extremely different cuts of steak. Annoying but not a deal breaker. The thin one cooked way too fast and was well done, which I don’t like, but that’s my fault.
The long green pepper is just not my flavor. We added a red bell pepper on top of the green one, and next time, might just do red and yellow bell peppers and leave the long green pepper out.
I didn’t eat the jalapeño rounds. I’m a baby about spice.
Needed more sauce. They always do.
There’s nothing about this meal I can’t do outside of HF, and I will add this meal to my regular rotation. I loved it.
