Today, we are making a restaurant style choicken breast recipe with a creamy lemon garlic sauce.

1) The ingredients (for 2 persons):

o 1 chicken breast
o Salt & pepper
o 1 Shallot
o 3 minced garlic
o ½ cup of chicken broth
o 1 tbsp of butter
o ¼ lemon juice
o Chopped parsley

2) Preparation:

o Preparing the chicken breast:

 Cut your chicken breast in half
 Add salt & pepper on both side
 Use a paper towel to remove any excess water
 Add oil on medium high heat pan
 Once the oil is hot, add your chicken breast
 Cook for 4 min on one side & 2-3 min on other side
 Keep aside.

o Preparing the sauce:

 Get ride of ½ of the oil in the pan
 Add 1 chopped shallot
 Add 3 minced garlic
 Sautee for 2 mins
 Add chicken broth & bring to a simmer
 Once the liquid has been reduced by half
 Add 1 tbsp of butter
 Add the juice of ¼ lemon
 Mix well
 Bring to a simmer again and wait till you get a nice consistency with the sauce
 Do a salt & pepper test
 Add some chopped parsley

To be serviced with a salad or mashed potato and with bread
