Mexican Street Corn Pasta

This was a solid 8/10

Good flavor but could have benefit from a bit more spice (even with keeping jalepeno seeds in!)

It’s a simple meal that’s easily duplicatable.

On another note – I’ve never seen such small yellow peppers lol
