LAY HO MA!! Join me in this episode and learn how to make an easy vegan chocolate strawberry pudding dessert. All you need are a couple of ingredients, a sweet tooth, and perhaps some urgency for Valentines Day. Let’s begin.

Ingredients:
1 cup dark chocolate
1 cup coconut cream (canned)
1/3 cup cane sugar
few fresh strawberries

Directions:
1. Chop the chocolate bar into small pieces and place them into a medium sized mixing bowl (this will help with the melting)
2. Scoop out the cream part from the canned coconut milk
3. Heat up the coconut cream and cane sugar in a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir to combine.
4. When the coconut cream starts to bubble, pour onto the chocolate
5. Whisk the cream and chocolate together
6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the serving glass and add some fresh chopped strawberries in
7. Transfer the glasses to the fridge for at least 5-6 hours
8. Garnish with a strawberry halve and serve
