Hello friends.
Today, my sister-in-law and I will prepare a duck weighing 3.8 kg. The two sisters meat the duck together, chop the duck and divide it into 2 cooking times. For lunch, we made a fake civet duck dish using ingredients such as bamboo shoots, shrimp paste, and wine.
As for the duck gizzard intestines, I stir-fried them with bamboo shoots.
In the afternoon, I dig grass and take care of the Lan vegetable garden. After that, I pumped water to water the blooming Thanh Ha litchi. In the evening, I picked Lan cabbage and sauteed it with garlic. As for the remaining duck meat, I cooked duck braised with beer, ginger, lemongrass, and chili.
