
I just opened my pack of tteokbokki that, according to the package, should be good until July 2024. They have an irregular pink discolouration and quite a strong smell of alcohol/fermentation. Although it says on the back that the product is processed with alcohol I've never noticed it before.
What happened to them? Are they still good to prepare?
