My easy cobbled together meal – I hate spending any more than 5 min prepping my food so I came up with this for lunch:

Canned salmon (120 cal)
Mustard 1 tablespoon (5 cal)
Vegetable caviar 1 cup (5 cal) – got this randomly and made of peppers and eggplant
Frozen fajita mix .25 cup (5 cal)
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon (0 cal)

Roasted seaweed package (25 cal)
