If you’re never going to move it then that’s fine. It’s big and clunky. From my experience I like to have multiple grills because it gives me options

Napoleon makes a great product, but you’ll get the same results with a lower end model. Unless you absolutely need the grill space, that’s a lot of money for a gas grill.
I’d go for a smaller option and also get a charcoal grill if you also don’t have one. Then you’ve got the best of both worlds and you’re still downsizing from four.

Looks awesome if you have big parties. If you’re just cooking for immediate family it may be a bit much.
I assume the money is Qatari, I know gasoline (petrol) is super cheap there and I would assume propane is too.
