I’ve created this masterpiece – it’s a big chocolate pancake (~215kcal) topped with Greek yogurt (~170kcal for 300g) and frozen blueberries (~50kcal for 100g). I’ve been having it for lunch/dinner a few times a week for about 2 months now and I got the recipe down to a T.

It’s pretty much eating a nice dessert in place of a meal, for ~435kcal worth of yumminess it’s a steal.

Pancake (makes 1 big or 2 medium pancakes):

• ⁠30g flour
• ⁠20g protein powder
• ⁠15g cocoa powder
• ⁠2g psyllium husks
• ⁠Touch of baking powder
• ⁠As much 0kcal sweetener as needed
• ⁠Enough cool water to make a nice batter.

    Though I doubt I will ever make this (for various reasons), I still want to acknowledge that it looks absolutely yummy! I’m just kinda lazy and I also just had to Google “psyllium husks,” so…..yeah, I don’t see myself making this delicious-looking creation. But nice job, OP.
