Hi guys and welcome back to my Channel at home Michelle and to another foodie video so today I’ll be sharing with you a week’s worth of breakfast ideas so I’ve got seven delicious breakfast ideas because I know it can be quite difficult to think what to have for breakfast
Every day it’s especially if you are following sliming World or calorie counting and trying to eat a little bit healthier it’s one of the questions that I probably get asked the most is what do I have for breakfast on most days so yeah I thought that I would make this
Video just give you some different ideas and mix things up because if you’re anything like me then I just get really bored having the same breakfast and like to have something different all the time don’t get me wrong there are days where I will just have like cereal or fruit
And yogurt but today I just wanted to share some kind of different ideas and some of these could actually be used for like a brunch or lunch as well so I really hope that you enjoy this video if you do then please give it a thumbs up

That it can all be done in the air fryer so it’s super easy just to throw it all in in the morning and it’s completely sin-free and calorie-wise it comes in at 274 calories get a small baking dish and then Place some sliced mushrooms in a
Layer and spray with fry light air fry that for around 4 minutes then remove it and add in half a tin of chopped tomatoes season that with some salt and pepper you can also add in some cooked chopped bacon if you want I had some cooked bacon medallions left over so
Added that in and then make a well to crack in two eggs once you’ve done that pop it back into the air fryer for 4 to 5 minutes and then it’s ready to serve Tuesday was an omelette now an omelette is something that I have at least once
Or twice a week most weeks because it’s super quick to make in the morning and I just basically throw anything that I’ve got in the fridge into The Omelette and it also keeps me really full until lunchtime so The Omelette is that I made is completely sin-free and comes in at
239 calories Place sliced tomatoes in a frying pan and then add two whis eggs some chopped ham and sprinkle with some grated Cheese Wednesday I had egg and ham like cupcake muffin type things these again go in the air fryer super quick to make and a really filling as well so I either have them just serve with a little bit of salad or maybe some tomatoes on the side or sometimes I’ll just have them
With a couple of bits of toast as well if I want more of a filling kind of breakfast type Brun and for these it’s only 286 calories and again completely sinf free if you are following sliming World line a couple of silicon muffin cases or a ramkin with some wafer thin
Ham then crack in an egg season with some salt and pepper and put it in the air fryer for around 7 to 8 minutes then it’s ready to stir serve just with some Tomatoes or salad or sometimes I like to have some toast with it Thursday was a breakfast kind of
Style hash is something that I shared on my recent what I eat in a day video and really easy to make um and then it’s just basically potatoes onion tomato with an egg on top Super filling and delicious again it is is thinf free if you are following sliming World or 242
Calories fry half a sliced onion for around 6 minutes and then add a few sliced tin potatoes and some fresh tomatoes fry for another couple of minutes and then serve topped with an egg Friday was a little bit of a treat because I knew I was going to be out for
A long time so wanted something a little little bit more filling and that is a breakfast wrap so this one is slightly higher in sins and calories but there’s nothing wrong with it to have it as a little treat so sin wise this one came
In at 4 and 1/2 C and it was 474 calories place two skinny or lowfat sausages in the air fryer for around 14 minutes to make sure they are cooked through I also added two mini waffles from Aldi which are really good because they’re only once in each on swilling
World and then I just pop them in for around the final 6 to 7 minutes once the sausage has cooked then slice in half lengthways put on a frying pan on a medium heat and just coat the pan with one whs egg then you want to add a
Weight Watchers wrap to the egg so on top of the egg and then after a few seconds flip the wrap so the wrap is actually on the bottom of the pan then add a small bit of grated cheese the sliced sausage waffle and a squeeze of
Light ketchup fold it all up and then it’s ready to serve honestly this is so good Saturday is always a little bit of a treat breakfast but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s unhealthy so Saturday I had smoked salmon with scrambled egg and asparagus I absolutely love this breakfast keeps me full for
Ages sin and is only 291 calories I boil some broccoli in a little bit of water for a few minutes then scramble some whisk eggs plate it up with the smoked Salmon and lastly on Sunday is like a all day kind of breakfast but it’s all made in the oven and I just made this for the entire family it was more of like a brunch we had it a little bit later um and yeah again it is slightly
Higher in calories but honestly it’s so delicious it comes in at 368 calories and only one Thin per serving add 600 Crums of quartered new potatoes to a bakon dish season with some salt and pepper and spray with fry light also add in some skinny sausages between the potatoes and then bake that
In the oven for around 15 minutes after about 15 minutes turn it with a spatula just mixing it around and then add in a few mushrooms I just like to leave these whole also add in some bacon if you want just place in the potatoes and put it
Back in the oven for another 10 minutes after 10 minutes add in some half cherry tomatoes and then after about 5 minutes stir everything and make four Wells to crack in the eggs see SE the eggs and then put it back in the oven for a final
