I have been ordering HelloFresh for the past 2y, however, I have been constantly worried due to missing ingredients and boxes appearing to be slightly open. This time, I felt even worse as I found two random parcels inside the box, each addressed to different locations in the UK. I am concerned about food safety and how this could have happened.
Although I know that Evri (Hermes) can be unreliable, this situation has left me feeling truly concerned.

That is so bizarre! Did you reach out to HelloFresh and what did they say? So curious!
I am assuming the box opened up during shipping and someone scooped everything up and taped the box back up. I would not trust it.
