It really takes no more effort to grate some real cheddar cheese and steam some fresh broccoli for this recipe. I wouldn't serve processed cheese soup to my guests at a dinner party, I'd take the extra 5 minutes to grate real cheese.
Wouldn't corn starch be better than flour?
