Day 2 of 7 RICE BOWL WEEK VOLUME 2 is this nutritious and delicious Greek mediterranean bowl with chicken souvlaki and turmeric rice. A lot of mixing in this one but definitely worth it! An easy meal thats super refreshing but makes you feel healthier by the bite!
Bowl Ingredients:
– Pan Seared Chicken Souvlaki
– Greek Salad
– Tzatziki
– Yellow Rice
– Feta
– Olives

ingrdients:
-chicken Thighs
-garlic cloves – minced
-Dried Oregano
-lemon – Juiced
– ellow mustard
-Olive Oli
-Salt
-Peper
-greek yogurt
Greek Salad:
– Cucumber
– Tomato
– Red Onion
– Lemon
– Olives
Tzatziki:
– 1.5 cupYogurt
– 1 lemon zest
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 1/2 Cucumber (grated), pressed and drained as much as possible
– 3 tbsp Dill (finely chopped)
– 1 clove Garlic (pressed)
– 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Mix everything in a bowl
Method for Bowl
1) mix all chicken marinade in a bowl and leave 30 minutes.
2) mix all the greek salad ingredients together and set to the side.
3) mix all the taziki ingredients together and set to the side.
2) Plate up your bowl with the chicken, greek salad, taziki and your favourite veggies!
