Stopped by the pork store earlier today and grabbed some provisions/ingredients. Made this sandwich when I got home.
Italian bread, toasted with roasted garlic spread and mayo. Spicy Coppa, Spicy Soppressata, Ham. Sliced Fiore Dolce and grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses. Topped with a chopped mix of lettuce, tomato, kosher dill pickles, peperoncini peppers and onions, mixed with an Italian hero dressing I whipped up.
Side of potato salad and a Threes Brewery Kicking & Screaming Foudre Fermented Pilsner.
