Clocking in at a whopping 316 calories. It's delicious and filling and impossible to screw up 😂
I was initially kind of concerned that I wasn't using enough pasta, but honestly it is plenty. I've made the same kind of buffalo chicken using cottage cheese instead of greek yogurt, or rice instead of pasta, or even just eating it without a carb.
