My favorite cucumber salad that is very low cal and very filling!

Recipe:

Rough chop these veggies:

Cucumbers
Bell peppers
Tomatoes
Red onion

Then mix in red wine vinegar, a splash of EVOO, Italian seasoning, a dash of salt, and sprinkle garlic powder all together. The salad is immediately tasty, but gets better in time!
