My I’itoi onions (uncommon type of multiplier onion) and their unlikely survival through my 4a winter. Thrilled to get to propagate and enjoy these this year!

Anyone have any tips on growing these? I was surprised that 90% of the colonies I planted last fall survived the extreme southern Colorado Rockies winter we got. I’ve read that they arent cold hardy at all but I’m glad I experimented.
