These weren’t THAT bad and I say this as a Hispanic person who knows how to make a mean enchilada. The only real issue was how sweet the green salsa was. I figured it wouldn’t be spicy for my taste but I wasn’t expecting it to be so sweet. Next time I might blend up some serranos & jalepeno with it to add some flavor and add more seasoning to the beef, the spice packet really didn’t add much to it. Overall, for how quick it was to put together, it wasn’t half bad.

    We add chili peppers and powder to the meat for an extra kick. Honestly though we do that with 99% of HelloFresh meals… perks of being married to a South Indian. We find all of their meals to be lacking in spice (which makes sense given their market).
