Let’s make some har which is a traditional Moroccan soup and if this is not the way that your mom makes it I’m sorry but you’ve been missing out anyways I also have a little hack for freezing your soup leftovers at the end so stay tuned for that start by heating
Some olive oil in a pot and add grated onion and lamb for the spices it’s just salt black pepper turmeric ginger and cinnamon once the meat is beautifully Brown we’re going to add some tomato sauce along with a mixture of water and flour and more water add in some celery
Along with some fresh cilantro mix together and cover and let it cook until the lamb is tender while that going on I like to toast some bread for dipping purposes and then my mom always adds eggs into her had and it’s absolutely delicious so definitely try it if you’ve
Never had that version when the meat is tender add the chickpeas and verelli let that cook and then add the eggs in finish it off depending on how thick or thin you like it you can add more less water and that’s basically it you can take any leftovers you have and pop them
In a tray like this and keep in the freezer whenever you’re craving some hadita just put in the microwave to enjoy

Looks delicious. The closest it reminds me of is haleem but it would need more ingredients.
Yum
👍
What pot do you use?
Looks so good ❤❤
In Pakistan this is called "Hareesa"😊
Love from Pakistan ❤
Sorry to disappoint but that is nit harira😬. You are missing a few steps and it is way to thick ngl. It doesn’t look like a soup anymore but more like a bisara😅. And where are the lentils??
As a moroccan i find this version of harira really interesting
I GOTS TO MAKE THIS!
Can someone please tell me the spices?
She's beautiful 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Just like her family
Can you make msemen? ❤
Cook your Harira always with legumes then you don't need any flour, it's also much more healthier for your gut…. Your Harira is not really a harira like Moroccans would prepare it…. Where are the fresh chickpeas, fresh tomatoes, lentils, herbs….also you have to give the soup a good veg broth and always cook with olive oil and ghee
Interesting
To those claiming they’re moroccans and saying this is not harira, She is also moroccan and that’s how she likes to make it. People are allowed to be creative with food. If The people who invented the recipes we know, love and recreate today didnt get creative and innovative with their skills we wouldn’t have anything to call culture. Recipes are not divine revelations, it’s just food. Make it the way you enjoy it ❤
Ramadan 2023 i made this soup for the first time but the butcher advised me to add beef. InshaAllah I will cook it with lamb one of these days
Western hijabi style😏
Sorry This is not how we make harira it’s totally different 😮
I could eat that three times a week, no problem.
This is your toaster r airfryer?
Hadi machi hrira ma cherie
This is not maroc harira
Oh yum ❤ this one too. Your recipes are great
astaghfirullah cover yourself sister. U have absolutely no hijaab. Fear Allah
My harira takes ages. I cook celery with meat and potatoes and carrots and courgette and loads of coriander leaves and stalk with tomatoes can and loads of spices. When meat is cooked, I remove it and add the cornflour slurry and loads of water and mix everything smooth. Then let it cook until it thickens and the white foam is removed. It takes time. I add then can chickpeas and the meat back and serve with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
What I love about our Moroccan harira is that everyone has a different recipe, and everyone's favourite is usually their Mom's! ❤🇲🇦
Please post the measurements?
Yummy 😋
I'm sorry, but you've been missing out.
I’m appreciating that you’re doing your hijab more modestly recently Alhamdulillah
My children love harira! Im not Moroccan but i learned from my Moroccan Mother in law. Its the norm in my home
UGHHHH 🤢 EGGS
I hope your cold gets better soon
Harira is not maroccan come one ! It’s from marghreb. All the north of Africa have it. Don’t appropriate culture please 🙏
