Could I get advice on fiber rich food for a student on a meal plan?
I usually have more protein but the dining options sucked today so I just got some chicken lo mein and egg drop soup and i’m not done eating for today yet

a cup of oats + hella berries (or other fruit, but berries are especially high fiber per calorie) + 2 tbsp chia seeds (if you have access to them) = ~12 grams of fiber!
a salad with 1/2 cup of a legume + 2 1/2 cups of fibrous veg (celery, cucumber with peel, shredded brussels sprouts) = ~10 grams!
make sure you are eating vegetables with every meal, and you should be good. I imagine you have a salad/oat bar at your school. If getting veg is hard, maybe pick lunch or breakfast and focus on getting half your fiber in that meal so you can eat normally for the rest of the day

My favorite dorm hack: just dump a bunch of lettuce into hot water and mix with whatever instant noodles/ asian/ soupy meals you have.

Beans whenever they’re available. Raspberries and blackberries have the most fiber for calories in fruit. Honestly I’d probably just pick up some Metamucil/psyllium husk to drink for this phase of your life. Rye wasa crackers have a good fiber to calorie ratio too. The dining halls probably aren’t going to have much.
