- 1 16oz container 2% cottage cheese
- 8-12oz water (or milk, but it will be higher cal)
- 3 tbsp Great Value Ranch Seasoning
Blend all ingredients until smooth, then keep refrigerated until use. Stays good for up to one week.
If you don’t have a blender, nonfat greek yogurt is a great contender too, though it’ll go bad sooner (5 days).
Serving size is 2 tbsp.

On a scale of 1-10 how similar is it to normal ranch in terms of taste?
Sounds interesting! I’ve used Greek yogurt for this but never cottage cheese. Is it more on the sweet side?
