Sautéed some mushrooms in a pan with a little butter and minced garlic. Then I toasted the bun in the same pan and then cooked an egg. It's oddly good!

    You can make burgers with portobello caps, same process, fewer pieces. 😊

    I’d add light mayo or bbq sauce but yeah I could see that tasting good. You could probably find a lower calorie bun too and make room for the mayo.

    Also, I’m not sure if it’s even worth mentioning since it only saves you 20 calories, but the MorningStar Farms Chik patties would also work.
