All right welcome back to the Brooklyn Brothers cookie Channel and if it’s your first time welcome uh today we’re going to show you how to make this pasta ditch it’s called katsa which means cheese and pepper this was a special request from our cousin Paula she’s out in Florida hey Paula how you

Doing Paula sh how you doing how’s it going anyway uh we’re going to show you how to make this pasta dish and we’re going to go ahead and make a mozarella cheese bread it’s with some garlic on garlic cheese bread very very nice anyway let’s get cooking all right all

Right today we’re going to do H Kata theep uh it’s pasta with it’s only three ingredients it’s got butter uh cheese but we’re going to put a little fresh garlic in there too and of course spaghetti and we’re going to crack up some fresh uh whole PE black

Pepper corns yeah bu and Ra was that was that peino you said peino cheese yeah traditionally you use three ingredients just the cheese the pepper corns the pasta and a little pasta water yeah you got to reserve that’s typically all the ingredients that this recipe has but you know we

Have our little twist on it that makes it uh a little better than the actual recipe of course we’re going to fry a little garlic in there but anyway all right we’re going to get started here we’re going to chop up some garlic here you know we’re Italian we have to

Put Garlic and everything that’s right I guess we could call it I guess we could call it the Italian American version this recipe calls for a lot of uh pepper so if you’re not into black pepper like we are you can put lesso yeah I’m telling you man was more

Than that man a lot of pepper damn M you smell that pepper beautiful yeah I smell that and like I said you don’t have to use all this pepper I may not even use all it but we can always save it you can put some on the top

Ready all right all right man I can smell that pepper I Never Smell black pepper so strong well it’s fresh I know it’s awesome man all right all right we’re going to grade some fresh uh cheese here peino Romano at least a cup and a half you got to use

Now that’s a quick dish let me tell you it’s uh real fast I mean you can eat in 30 minutes once that water’s going takes about 12 minutes for that yeah once the spaghetti is ready it takes not even 5 minutes we and I know Po’s hungry yes let’s get this going

Here hey you like Dominic shirt Yum Yum Yum Yum hey we started a new website uh we’re going to have all our recipes on there grad I have a few on there now but I’m gradually going to have them all on there and we also have a store where you can buy Brooklyn

Know we can pay Sean we pay him yeah sometimes okay Paul needs to give you a race yeah all right all right cheesy ready all right let’s get the water going then we’ll start cooking this forette right we’re going to put our pasta water on put a little salt in there I wouldn’t

Put too much salt in there because uh the cheese is very salty PE yeah very good all right while that water is boiling we’re going to go ahead and make some uh garlic cheese bread first we’re going to do we’re going to take about a half a stick of butter here

We’re going to put this in our frying pan going let that melt a little bit pict your car first we’re going to go ahead and add some pressed garlic about two two or three clove depending on the size of them all right just want to melt the butter a little

Bit you don’t want to cook that garlic you just want it to get a little translucent all right Perfecto now we’re going to go ahead and cut up the bread and then right in the cent of cut it get this is how we used to make garlic toast over at the

Arcadia yeah I remember man all right now we’re going to go ahead and add a little bit of olive oil to the garlic and butter about a tablespoon Perfecto now just going to go ahead and brush the inside then going to save a little bit of garlic and butter for when the bread

Comes out of the oven B some more on there again all right now we put some mozarella soon as we pill the spaghetti in in the water we’ll go ahead and start cooking this bread it should be ready at the same time all right we’ll be back

All right we’re going to put our spaghetti in there now all that water boil oh check out our Brooklyn brother spoon you can get these online too they’re the magic spoons they make you cook 110% better while that spaghetti’s cooked and we’re going to go ahead and cook this

Bread it should be ready at the same time all right perfect though we’ll be back all right we’re going to reserve some of our pasta water now minutes I think probably that’s all we need all right yeah how’s that garlic bread coming out there Sean looking good all right pasta’s ready drain that

Water all right we’re going to put our garlic in here butter good now when the Garlic’s cooked a little bit you don’t want to Brown it too much you want it too you don’t want it too bitter yes like I said use all of this maybe maybe

Half all right we’re going to add our spaghetti in there now Beautiful throw it all in there yeah all right we’re going to get our water in there out and it smells good all yeah get that cheese in that really going here such a simple cook down a little bit I mean if you’re a pinch for time this is definitely the way to go

You want to pasta F you know okay now we’re can to add the Cheese oh man good oh man now here you go now we’re talking oh yeah okay that’s good to go here we go we ready all right oh yeah beautiful and look at all that pepper that smells Unreal I got some more pepperino already graded throw it on in there oh yeah beautiful oh parsley oh very nice get me a fork and a and a pasta spoon come all right let’s let’s get this bre out all right let’s test this out oh my

Because we’re not supposed to eat bread with pasta B’s been in Texas too long cing yeah every time we wanted bread you know with the spaghetti go no no you got to eat that with your meat but but anyway we changed things up a little bit
