Any recommendations on other sauces I can use? Or seasonings? Would be better to use the "keep warm" setting since these are already cooked?

I wouldn’t recommend this. Putting breaded fried chicken in the slow cooker is most likely going to lead to a soggy mess…unless that’s what you’re going for?

You absolutely should not using a slow cooker for cooked fried chicken. Air fryer or microwave or cold would all be significantly better options.

If not .. I love the slow cooker. I know I’ve made stuff in this sub in my slow cooker that people go why are you using a slow cooker for that. One bc I want two. And two bc I’m disabled and this makes it easier. If so eke wants to make pasta in their slow cooker I honestly don’t care.

However .. having said that. Even I’m against this. The condensations wpikd make the bread soggy. Just make a really good dipping sauce. And use it as a dip, sauce one on a sandwich or wrap. These sitting in a slow cookers they will definitely get soggy. And even sitting soaked in a sauce they will probably get soggy.
