Leanfit whey powder, 1 cup skim milk, 1 tsp matcha over ice ☺️

I might try making it with water instead of milk in the future to further reduce the cals but the added protein boost from the milk is kinda worth the +90 cals.

    Nice to come across a fellow matcha maniac! I use a matcha latte sweetened protein powder from protein works and it’s tasty but definitely doesn’t taste strongly of matcha. Unflavoured whey sounds like the best approach

    Throw a half tsp of vanilla extract in there, and make it oatly.

    The vanilla is key! Don’t go without it!
