Hey it’s chicken linguine and today I’m going to make a spinach and artichoke stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon I’m really excited because it’s going to be high in protein but it’s going to be cheesy and delicious and I think it’s just going to come out super good so the

First thing I’m going to make is the inside the stuffing I’m going to use one block of cream cheese and one can of artichokes and then about a cup or maybe two cups of spinach now I’m going to dust in to make them cheese and now I’ll roughed up two large

Handfuls of spinach all right now I’m going to add it also into the bowl I’m gonna season it with sea salt black pepper and garlic now I’m going to grate a block of cheese I always say this use a block of cheese and Grate it yourself over getting a bag

Of pre-shredded cheese bags of pre-shredded cheese have lots of preservatives to keep the cheese from clumping so then when you use it not only are you eating those preservatives and it’s not the best for you but the cheese isn’t gonna melt the way you want it to because the preservatives are preventing that

So shred your own cheese now I’m going to add about half of this cheese into the spinach artichoke cream cheese mixture and of course we’re just gonna fold in the cheese all right and now that is our stuffing mixture so now I’m going to prep our
