  3. That is NOT an over hard egg. That is an over cooked egg. Over hard means you break the yolk with spatula when you put it on the pan griddle, not a burnt egg like you are showing. very bad advice

  5. I always break the yolk up when I put the egg in the pan. Much easier. Then again, I'm usually making an egg sandwich.
