What is wrong with my habanero pepper? My pepper plants leaves are small and can't grow properly. What am I doing wrong? I noticed my habanero had edema and i fixed it. Am I using the grow light wrong? Why are the leaves not growing and why is my pepper short?

your hab is in full flowering phase, hence the halted growth.
you could try reverting to vegetative state by cutting all the flowers with a small scissors and fertilising with a high nitrogen fertiliser
not sure if can grow more tho
