Crispy Roast Potatoes
I couldn’t wait to share this method with you, I have never made better roasties in my life! This recipe feeds between 2-4 people so adjust as required.
Ingredients;
• 8 x Maris Piper Potatoes 🥔
• 1/2 bulb of garlic 🧄
• 100g Unsalted Organic Butter
• Pink Himalayan Salt (to taste)
• Cracked Black Pepper (to taste)
• Rosemary (optional)

Potatoes back in the oven turning them occasionally after about an hour your potatoes will be nice and crispy top with a bit of Rosemary and if you want to add a bit more seasoning you can do just listen to the sound of these crispy potatoes cannot go wrong
Serve alongside your favorite Mains and enjoy the best roast potatoes
