I’m going to college down here in LA and when I was a kid in the Bay Area, I would eat this dish (google is telling me it may be called wat can ha fan in Cantonese) but this egg and shrimp sauce over flat rice noodles.
I have this unexplainable intense craving for something like this (probably cause I’m craving the better parts of my childhood lol), if anyone knows any restaurants that serve this dish (preferably around west LA) I would really appreciate it!
