It's been in the oven for 4hrs but wasn't completely defrosted before going in. It was around 2.5kg I'm getting moans that it looks raw . I'm not sure if we should prepare for food poisoning

Well, this started out on the wrong foot! It’s clearly not cooked, that’s obvious, the tiny traces of juices on the plate are still pink. You can get away with medium lamb, but cooking from a half defrosted cut….?
I wouldn’t risk it.

Cut some of it into slices and pan fry it. Stick the rest into the oven and let it cook longer. That will give you cooked dinner and cooked leftovers for tomorrow.
