Well, she did it.

53 cals per serving. Each serving is 1 deviled egg, which is half an egg with filling.

212 cals for the full recipe.

2 eggs, boiled, peeled, and sliced in half lengthwise.

Separate the yolks and crumble in a bowl. Combine with 1Tbsp mustard, 1/4 tsp vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Add 2 wedges laughing cow light, pre-softened, and combine till mixture is creamy.

Fill each egg half, and top with paprika.

We had a small amount of filling left, which my daughter ate as a dip with some crackers… good thins jalapeño and lime… She said it was good.

If I cared to math it out that would make each egg a bit less, but maybe you fill them full, idk 🤷‍♀️
